AFAIK all the 3 of them will happen, The twin towers behind the Urbana tower,towards the distant end of the plot & the Twisted tower will come u closer to the Road in the starting of the plot.

Learnt from horse's mouth that Twisted Tower won't be coming at least for now because of low demand of commercial space. Two 50+ residential towers will be coming up in 2nd phase.

Two office towers of 41 fl and 33 fl are proposed to be built in the next phase of Urbana.

Thats right Aritra.Anyway developers are very cautious these days owing to practically nil absorption of grade A office space!

The twisted tower was to be a residential tower, but the towers proposed now are commercial ones. The twisted tower may get built in another phase as the land area of Urbana is huge (66 acres). Multiple phases with number of towers can be built in such a huge plot.

It was supposed to be 75 floor........

What the heck I will do with two towers in the 30-45 floor bracket......

There are many office spaces of that range.....

We want Taller Stronger and Twister Tower

As Urbana os close to the flight landong path is it possible to build 75 story building there? Landing er shomoy mone hoy Urbana ekdom haater kaache . Taai!

Twisted Tower was to be a commercial tower. But it has been shelved due to low demand of office space. This is what I learnt from MD of Bengal NRI last year.

aCTa - Urbana 2

New updates from architects website..

Urbana Phase II comprises 2 towers of G+40 and 1 tower of G+50 ( 200mH), providing 750 apartments / 200,000m2 / parking for 1335 cars.
Together with phase I, the total Urbana development will provide 1900 apartments, parking for 3,800 cars and 500,000m2 development.
Work on site is due to commence late 2017.

Using lessons learned from phase 1, a 2 year construction time frame is targetted. Initiatives will include minimising internal shear walls and block work and, and maximising the use of facade panels and windows.
aCTa is responsible for architectural concept , master plan and all architectural drawings. Statutory support is provided by Subir Basu Architects, Kolkata.

However, 2 sets of renders available..dont know which is going to be final

Set 1............. Design pretty similar to Urbana 1





Set 2............. Design different with interconnected skywalks
