A fairly controversial one though so worthy of mention. The possible impact on The Prince seems to be the topic of plenty of discussion amongst Moseley mafia, and presumably has already been covered on these boards.

Yeah, there's been discussions about live music having to stop at night due to neighbours nearby.

Sorry but Fcuk them. If you move into a building next to one of the areas best pubs and you haven't done your research then more fool you for wasting your money. I hope that the Prince of Wales isn't impacted in the slightest.

Stop the music?? Why are we not adopting laser-guided sound systems more in commercial premises??

Aside from that thought... I wholly agree with BDEstrangers. Do. Your. Homework. Why buy some place right next to a pub if you were wanting 'the good life.' Part of the attraction to me buying here would be that it's part of the high street and buzz of it all. I would happily buy one of these. I also think the design is suitably right for the location.

Who are selling these?

I may be wrong on this but has this ground not been empty for years.

I may be dreaming but I am sure this has been wasteland since at least the 80's

I moved to Birmingham in 2003 I think and there was a building there then.

It was a 60s or 70s looking thing. There was a shop on the ground floor and flats above. There were concrete stairs leading to the flats.

I think this building was demolished in about 2004.

That location is the periphery of Moseley.

Periphery for those bohemians who lose sleep about not being termed the same.

Hardly perfidy when it's within the retail area

Quick shot of Moseley Central from the no 50 bus. Only managed to catch the side near the Prince of Wales pub!
