Other than the office section, I thought Vision reminded me of a modern Q1.

I do agree that Vision looks very much like a more modern Q1, but regardless I'm perfectly happy to see Skytower. Had we gotten the rest of Vision and not just its basement, I wouldn't have complained either. One good design lost, but one good design gained.
