^^ Actually the floors look quite short heighted, meaning most of the tower could be either residential or hotel. In that case, we should expect just around 300-330m, similar to East Pacific Center. I hope I'm wrong, an 82 floor office tower can easily reach 375m.
^^ More coming. We just don't have enough reliable info (renders, etc) to open threads for them. But this one was totally unexpected till today afaik, they kept it in secret till the ground breaking ceremony lol.
hope some of these won't just stay like this and be forgotten about as a never realized proposal. in the last week or so i added like 20 or more supertalls for shenzhen on SSP, it is just unbelievable.
Dumb question, but why would they build a supertall there? Are they developing the area with more to come, or is there a company that wants to set up its headquarters a bit away from the CBDs or something like that?
No one answered my earlier question about what the plan for that part of Shenzen is and whether the company behind this tower simply wants its tower in the middle of nowhere or if this tower will be the first of many...
