What? But how can you tell from an old fashion deteriorate colour film. Just look at how poor the colour is on the old trams and the sky. You can be quite sure that that photo is not quite how the building looked in person.
Don't touch this building, I love it's current yellow tone. It's loud an attention grabbing like a landmark should be.

I think it is a bit too bright. I think a grey or cream wouldn't look too bad actually. The current paint makes it seem a little fake.

The current colors add to the vibrancy in that photo. Looks fantastic imo.

I also love the current scheme, but rest assured the yellow was a white/creamy colour for a while. I have seen it with my own personal eyeballs.

Also, the angle of that photo shows more of the exposed brickwork and avoids the large expanse of yellow shown in the angles you usually see.
