This plot of land. Not the correct render of course, this was a proposed project. I guess this, and the cube got declined. Or this is the "Beirut Terraces" Idk, but i will post pics as soon a the possible.

Solideres sight still shows the Dib and town towers on tha plot

I know but wasnt it publically stated somewhere that that project was cancelled?

130 living experience??? if they mean residential units, than it will for sure be tall! Lets say max 3 units per floor, that's approximately 40 floors

But if it is such a large-scale development why is there no online Information, about the developer Benchmark Developers. Or about the project??

Are you talking about the Cube project? We still arent sure that it was approved (and had the name changed to Terraces).

but in the same respect #1 the cube is also on the same plot, I dont think either one of those designs is approved

It is really odd that the walls around the plot have all those details yet not even one rendering?!
