inauguration was reset to september depending on the availability of Pres. Aquino i admire and believed in governor maranon but not on this. he was able to build this structure without intervention from the national gov't, why would delay it merely because the one sitting there in malacanang is not available. funny!

Based on the draft IRR, monthly rental for commercial blocks and stalls is pegged at P400 per square meter for prime blocks and stalls fronting Lacson St. and Hernaez St., and P375 per square meter for rear blocks, P350 per square meter for rentable spaces under the stairways, and cafeteria and kiosk at the second floor and third floors. There are 120 commercial spaces up for rent at the ground floor and Capitol expects to earn P15 million a year from the lease.

for BPO spaces, monthly rental fee is at 250 per square meter.
