phrase to the exit of the changing rooms, one is of the deceased Luis Aragones and another one of Simeone

"you are the Atlético de Madrid and there are 50,000 out there that will die for you. For them, for the shirt, for their pride, you have to go out and say in the field that there is only one champion and it goes red and white"

"Is not only a league championship, it is something much more important what these guys tell you all: that if you believe and you work, you can"

'No' from UEFA to Wanda Metropolitano for the Champions League final "for few VIP seats"

http://www.mundodeportivo.com/futbol...champions.html

Is there any fan of football, who after seeing the photos of the Wanda Metropolitano, doubt that this stadium deserves a final?

Is there any fan of football who thinks that Baku is better than Madrid and with more football tradition than Spain, to host the Final of the most important tournament in the world?

Are there any football fans, who believe that the VIPS squares of a stadium are more important than the general stands without the sight of athletic tracks in between?

Is there any fan of football, who believes that Azerbaijan deserves one of its Football Clubs, host and can reach the Final in his own stadium?

UEFA shows that what matters least is the fan, but who leaves money.

Thanks to UEFA, I was not expecting less from you ... and you were not to be less than your corrupt CIO cousins.

In the end the big European clubs will fly alone, and much of the fault will be of the UEFA.

For few VIP seats? Seriously, when they were planning the stadium design they never took that in to consideration? Seems like a poor planning fromAtletico part.

The Wanda Metropolitano has:

- (≈) 68,000 spectators.

-7,166 correspond to premium locations:

-
10% of the total capacity.
The Wanda Metropolitano VIP areas cover a total area of 11,000 m2 and are marketed under the name Neptune Premium. They were designed and operated together with CenterplateISG, the union between Centerplate, the largest catering company in the US and International Stadia Group (ISG ), specialized in the operation of large sports venues.

When the work ends, it will have four different styles of VIP zones:

- located at the presidential box, available on request; and the so-called Club,

-Business and Suites. The latter are the most exclusive. They are 79 private boxes, 17 located in the known as the "old" stand, with capacity for 5 or 16 people, with a cost, in the latter case, of 112,000 euros.

The rest are divided into:

- the funds and side of the new grandstand built, with capacities ranging from 10 to 18 people and prices between 50,000 and 90,000 euros. Its particularity, besides being accessible from a parking with capacity for 1,000 cars, is the option to use every day of the year.

Are not VIPS seats enough for UEFA? Does UEFA have more than 7,000 people to take bribes or to put up with?

The argument of "few VIPS squares" is false, and almost an insult to the intelligence of the "los espańolitos".

Absolutely everybody watching this stadium thinks: "magnificent site for a UEFA Champions League final, a semifinals of Fubol World Cup or an opening match of a Euro, not that I am a Spanish ultranationalist and make homeland with this stadium : when I see the New White Hart Lane or the Moscow Olympics, stadiums of which I am in love, I think the same, less for the lords of the UEFA that apparently, already have sold the end for some time to the powerful soccer power of Azerbaijan, so that the spectators enjoy a match of footbal with athletic tracks of means.

Atletico Madrid was "Atlético Aviación -Aviatión- (1939-1946)". Hence the wink with parachutists and the Squadron Eagle (besides being very showy and used in other inaugurations).

The problem is that fans of the young stand are standing on the seats. If they were standing on the cement, there would be no problem. One or two rows affected. I suppose the club will force them not to lean on the seat

the problem is lack of foresight and common sense:

it is the same case that you put rows of seats in front of the screen board: you look from below and you see the heads or people of foot ...

The fan of the Átletico is very passionate, it is not sitting like who goes to the opera.

although it hurts, sometimes you have to copy the enemy: The Santiago Bernabeu, has lowered the stands of the young fan area ..

and an engineer, must foresee each and every one of the assumptions, of the person who sits in each of the 70,000 Wanda chairs.

The rival fans should go behind the posts roof, not your people atética.

The rest of "failures" are typical of an unfinished stadium.

Thats it. Is like being on the cinema and the guy in front stands up, you cant see the screen properly. Thats all.

Its all about money man. Not about how many VIP seats the stadium has.
San Siro has less VIP boxes... and 2 years ago the final took place there.
Why Qatar 2022?
Why a World Cup with 48 teams?
The same answer.
