I took the pics in the morning, around 9-40 or so. While the Lebanese restaurant at tower B had just opened, Abdul Wahab (fish rest) and Cacti (Mexican rest) at Pier 7, I understand, would open only at about noon. I could go into the Fish restaurant because the cleaners were in and the door was open. Cacti though was closed.
