mukang wala gaanong nabago sa light except lang ung sa my cinema pag nakasakay ng mrt.. pero tuwing gabi pag umuuwi ako thru mrt nakikita ko namang may mga ilaw at mga tao sa baba hehehehe....

SMDC will mail you directly the CTS and other pertinent docs that you need to sign. It's now CTS since parking is for sale na and will be titled.

Im referring to CTS for parking. CTS for the unit has been long issued. Official Master Deed release: I dont have any update yet.

Wow! They've started installing AC units na pala on the lower floors of Tower 3! Does this mean Tower three will really be turned over on time next year? I really hope so.

Baphi, stayed only 2 full days in the Phils. 1 day wedding in Tagaytay, then another celebrate Moher's day in CDO. I could only squeeze a quick visit to Light. Back in Riyadh now. But yes, I am looking at photos which shows the compressors of the split AC's on the balconies of units on T3 facing Pioneer Woodland on 9th, 10th, 11th floors. And the foreman I chatted with did say tiling on T3 is in the 41st floor already.

Maybe they are available already. They sent me the parking layout when I got mine and the third, fifth and seventh floor parking were divided into Tower 1, 2 and 3 parking slots already. Asking your agent will be faster than the customer service.

Looking closely at the pictures get me all worked up in excitement. He he. Imagine the convenience of the mall sa baba. If you need groceries, just an elevator ride down and back up. One lampshade bulb is busted, baba lang uli. Need to transact with the bank, for sure meron din sa baba (I’m with BDO). Ooops! Forgot to prepare a gift for someone last minute, for sure plenty of choices sa baba.

Then a friend or two who just attended a conference wanna have somewhere to relax before their first flight early morning the next day. Eeasy to give them directions – MRT lang sa Boni; and no panick preparing lunch and meals, restos lang sa mall. Then coffee in one of the coffee shops. Ey, if the weather is cool, maybe some cold fraps in one of the gazebos at the wide amenities deck. Or if it is too hot, why not at the grand lobby? Teka umuulan yata ng konti, asked them if they want to enjoy a swim in the drizzle, game lahat, go! A while later, uy, medyo inaantok na ang isa sa mga friends, nap muna sa unit. Pag-gising a little later, btw, kapapalit lang ng showing movies sa cinema sa baba -- the latest feel-good-flick, or the latest action sci-fi? Why not both? Ha ha. Haaay, life at Light talaga.

Early next morning, all packed, quick elevator ride down to the parking level, into the car, a swift drive to the airport, and bye. Drive back to Light, make a quick mug of coffee, grab a light chair, and watch the sun rise from my balcony. Hello neighbors who are also out early on their balconies.

Was told by a friend who just came from the Phils that the driveway between Light and Pioneer is already open. He saw this daw the last evening he was there, Wed 22 May 2013 yata. Malapad daw yung driveway. Can anybody confirm this? A shot perhaps please? Or maybe he saw it when the "gates" were opened. Thanks anyone.

For TOWER 1 anticipators,just heared this rumor that SMDC is preparing turn over on July-August.Don't throw those tomatoes on me,just wanna clarify too.Anyone who can confirm? Tnx.
