i doubt buyers will get angry over some plants that are not yet fully covered their windows and blocked the view of a beautiful cityscape.

i think its much more complicated with landscape of such scale for Le Nouvel

True!Picking the right plant also is crucial.Let alone long term maintenance of the plants.I wish them all the best for that.I already see automatic sprinklers/ self dispensing nutrients
for the long run.

Possibility of the plants being a fire hazard during the dry months is very real.
