My Boss stayed for a week there in 2000. I had the chance to spend time on the suite but unfortunatelly I didn't see the indoor pool, and i really got to see that ....

Dubai-Lover did you dine to Al Mahara taking the "submarine"? Once, one of the "windows" was broken, no picture; that was odd.

i stayed here in 2001 for my 21st bday, i figured "your only 21 once" so splashed out on the nice deluxe suite .. really amazing hotel.. shame my pics are not as good as yours. i also had the fortune to dine in the al mahara resturant, at a cost of around £80 the food was amazing, as youd expect. :o to be able to dine next to that lovely reef tank! there was a moray eel swimming round and round at my eye level, v impressive place

hopefully i will be going back in march next year and find the extra cash to stay in the panoramic suite.. as thats an amazing suite.

Am new to the forums (hi). really do love the buildings in dubai and seeing the palm resorts taking shape really have me hooked at the mo. the more and more pictures i see of upcoming buildings, the more i get reminded of an old game i used to play (sim city) hehe

sorry for my rant.

this one is the view from burj room 1301 (june 2001 so palm was only just being started, not sure if you can see it from the burj now? )

sorry about the quality of the pics, i had to borrow a camera to take with me and back then digi cams were "not all that"

Exclusive photos - Burj Al Arab Interiors

The first impression you get from it is ofcourse "Isnt that too freaking gaudy?" and you can hear the whole building screaming at you "Idiot! thats the intention"
Photographer : Unknown

Actually Ive got a few more. If you are interested, I can upload the rest.

Extrem nice pics. Please upload the others, too.

The problem with this building is that you have to pay around 50€ to get inside. This is much money.
