BRICKWORK APARTMENTS | Hobsonville Point | Completed

I like the look of these, reminds me of the sort of thing you would find at London's Docklands, Hamburg or Rotterdam:

We are excited to announce that by the middle of the year we will have apartments available to buy off the plans. The new four storey apartment buildings in the Buckley neighbourhood will comprise of 60 apartments with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms priced from $349,000 to $499,000. The apartments provide another option for residents at a different price point. The buildings and surrounds are designed to require very little management so that the body corporate fees are kept reasonable. The wider community will also benefit as there will be neighbourhood retail at street level. Construction is expected to start later this year with all 60 apartments completed late 2014.

What's it costing you ? it's not as if you will be updating the thread (unless you consider constant whining a contribution)

The lower 4 floors, the neighborhood retail at street level and the great balconies remember me, some new project of residential housing in Italy. However looks like a good project. Waiting to see updates, and start the construction, with more photo-reportages of Sydney

I live near there on Clark Road. I think good design overall but could have used different coloured bricks to complement wood...

I imagine the wood will change colour pretty fast.

It almost looks like cedar... In which case it will turn grey overtime unless it has been well protected. Will have to wait and see i guess...
