nice views, I'd assume thats your new apartment. If so, what an investment in a prime location. Imagine in a few years the view you'll get from there.

No, I was visiting with a group of friends we were renting 2 apartments in the Dubai Marina Al Murjan tower (very reasonable rates).

I bought an apartment on the Palm last december.

The Emaar Phase 1 Dubai Marina buildings were very impressive, excellant build quality, great facilities. I can provide a contact for bookings if anyone requires it...

Very interesting, special the flat landscape, Im an architect from Algarve (shouthern Portugal) and Im used to design buildings on complex landscapes and plots, even the shore is mostly of cliffs, which I find it quite challenging.
