Good to finally see an increase in mid-high rise proposals for downtown and Channelside, and to read that the existing rental market for both is pretty much tapped out so the proposals are based on real demand. And I'd imagine that building rentals is a lot more likely to happen than the past proliferations of proposed condo's that never met pre-sale requirements so they never got off the ground. Now we just need to start filling in the gap between DT and Channelside!
