Would a European Drinking Establishment be welcome in the Piccadilly Basin Area?
Would a European Drinking Establishment be welcome in the Piccadilly Basin Area?
This area poses a generous oppurtunity to open a upmarket new drinking establishment, primarily aimed at the working professional. The question being, if opened in the next six months - would it be viable?
The bar would be laid back for people to come and relax during the day or after work at nite. It will serve a wide range of beverages and serve niche drinks such as Organic Alcohol. The proposed establishment would also offer freshly made vegetarian and non-veg food. The veg food would be organic and approved by the Soil Association.
The area is being developed with the new additions such as BDP offices and also ILVA. ISSA-Quay is also being developed there as well. Would the proposed establishment be welcome and fit-in with the surroundings?
Regards
