It should start flying. The system they're using is particularly quick to jump. Soliel & Infinity used the same setup.

US money giant Invesco takes big bet on Brisbane apartment market

US funds giant Invesco has put huge faith in Brisbane's apartment market by lending about $150 million to develop the city's next tallest tower, filling a gap where Australia's banks have shied away.

The tower, which will rise 90 storeys and add another 1128 apartments to the market, is being developed by AMP Capital and Billbergia.

Enter Invesco. The global funds giant, which has about $US770 billion under management, has now jumped in and completed a senior debt deal which The Australian Financial Review understands has been struck on a very high interest rate of 15 to 20 per cent.

The first stage of the tower is expected to reach level 16 in August next year when apartment settlements are due to start taking place.

That's a huge interest rate! It shows the stability of the Brisbane apartment market right now!
