300m is really nothing special anymore in China, Supertalls everywhere . Though 300m are really tall if you stand in front of!

Dunno, definitely seems to go from rounded edges at the bottom to sharp edges further up.

and the city does not seem to have any building above 200m, so the first one being a supertall is pretty special.

never heard of that city. looked at it on google maps and i think it must be a very interesting city and region.

Yeah, a beautiful city with an altitude of 2400m,and not far from Qinghai Lake.
