^ There are warehouses and lowrise facilities for companies. These 2 are build by the Free Zone Administration for accomodating companies that want just offices and not warehouses or other facilities. Unless there will be still extra demand, we will not see any other towers there. Also JAFZA is the only authority who can build towers in there.

L.O.B. 14, 15, 16 & 17 are all G + 6 or G + 7.

I wouldn't be surprised if there will be some floors serving as hotel. In a questionaty presented tu us (JAFZA companies) a couple of years back, they're were asking also if we had interest on having a hotel here. Who knows...

well they need it obviously.
btw that model seems to be not ready yet, judging from the tubes lying around
maybe they want to indicate this is "under construction" already

Looks like somebody didn't properly recap the left tower.
But great looking nevertheless.

I don't drive by these, becouse I enter the free Zone before reaching this location. I'm sure it is these two towers, becouse no one exept JAFZA can build office towers. Other towers, one or two, may follow, but it all depends on the fact how many more companies need just offices and not storage facilities.

My prediction, based on the office shortagge in JAFZA, is that one or max two other towers are possible, after these two are compleated.

If you see the picture on post 5, there are alot of machineries on site, while now you don't see any, that would suggest the piling might be compleate.

I can take a clear close up from this side of SZR, but I'll have to bring my camera with me at work. Hopefully by Friday.
