I think they should avoid mentioning the Japanese origin for a while. The train runs to Nanjing!

so if they mention it's japanese train and angry mob throw rocks at japanese consulate, are you going to accuse chinese government of brainwashing people into hating japan?

and it is chinese made, there is nothing wrong with mentioning that. the word used is 国产,which simply means made in china.

CRH5 is from Alstom, the Pendolino model. It is a high-speed tilting train.

CRH1: Bombardier Regina C2008
CRH2: Kawasaki Shinkansen E2-1000
CRH3: Siemens ICE3
CRH5: Alstom (Fiat) Pendolino

there is no CRH4 because 4 is unlucky, keke, they are afraid people would die in that train....

hope that clear everything up

Nice train but I don't really like the color for the Pendolino. I was hoping they will stick with the white and blue colors.

Probalby because it's based on a Swedish train, we have high platforms compared to most countries. Never understood why one'd build low platforms - the higher they are the less need for any stairs to get onboard (and more space under the floors on the trains for the enngineers to work with).

Impressive! Considering its size, there seem to be only few train tracks going in and out of the station.
