Brzina željeznice bila bi do 35 km na sat, a u jednom satu u jednom smjeru mogla bi prevesti do 24 tisuće putnika

ZAGREB - Četiri godine gradnje i između 600 milijuna i 1,1 milijarde eura bit će potrebno za gradnju 22,7 kilometara Lake gradske željeznice u gradu Zagrebu.

Riječ je o spoju nadzemne i podzemne željeznice kojom bi se, po uzoru na mnogobrojne europske gradove, barem dijelom pokušao riješiti prometni kaos u gradu Zagrebu. Rečeno je to na Tribini grada Zagreba za predstavljanja studije Fakulteta prometnih znanosti o realizaciji podzemno-nadzemnog tračničkog (PNT) sustava.

Riječ je o trećem kapitalnom projektu gradonačelnika Milana Bandića koji je predstavljen nakon projekta tunel kroz Medvednicu i sjeverne tangente. Svi ti projekti, uz izdizanje gradske željezničke pruge, koji će uskoro biti javno predstavljen, trebali bi, prema tvrdnjama gradonačelnika, u potpunosti riješiti prometne probleme Zagreba.

Studija donosi dva oblika PNT sustava, čije bi trase u smjeru sjever - jug pokrile Zagreb od podsljemenske zone do naselja Buzin, ili čak do aerodroma, dok bi druga trasa išla od istoka do zapada, odnosno od Dupca do Malešnice. Autori Studije predstavili su četiri varijante trasa te najavili da će se konačna odluka donijeti tek nakon dodatnih stručnih konzultacija. Ovim projektom Zagreb bi se premrežio kombinacijom nadzemne i podzemne željeznice. Dakle, nije riječ o metrou, čija bi gradnja stajala i do četiri puta više od PNT-a, ali je prema projektu zamišljeno da bi željeznica u samom centru grada bila smještena na dvije razine, do 18,5 metara ispod tla.

Brzina ove željeznice bila bi do 35 kilometara na sat, a u jednom satu u jednom smjeru mogla bi prevesti do 24 tisuće putnika. Gradonačelnik Bandić danas je prvi put otkrio prioritete u gradnji četiriju kapitalnih prometnih projekta. Prvo bi se izdignula gradska i prigradska željeznička pruga, zatim bi slijedila gradnja sjeverne tangente, pa lake gradske željeznice i na kraju tunela kroz Medvednicu. Bandić smatra da će za ovog mandata gradske vlasti biti riješena sva potrebna papirologija, a s gradnjom bi se počelo u sljedećem mandatu. Prema njegovim procjenama, za završetak svih četiriju projekata bit će potrebno 16 godina. Na kraju je svima poručio: - Ja od ovih projekata ne odustajem!

Prometni pravac za putničke vlakove



Prema još neobavljenoj Studiji o izdizanju gradske i prigradske željeznice, od Savskog Marofa do Dugog Sela, uz dva postojeća, sagradila bi se još dva željeznička kolosijeka i tim bi pravcem prometovali samo putnički vlakovi, a svi cestovni prijelazi denivelirali bi se ispod pruge, najavio je član Uprave HŽ-a Marijan Klarić.

U konačnici, vlakovi bi trebali prometovati svake četiri minute.

Zagreb is approximately more than 35 kilometres across from east to west, therefore without stopping at any stations this trip will take an hour. Stopping at stations will make a trip across Zagreb 1.5 hours long. Thats not effective.
No, you missunderstood the point: 35 km/h is avarage speed, which includes stayings in the stations etc. So, trains actualy run faster, like 100 km/h.

So am i correct in thinking that this network is meant for people who want to travel larger distances faster inside the city?

Exactly, if you want to travel from Dubrava to Jankomir (distance 20 km), you will take light rail.

Yeah, I am very interested in positions of the stations. I saw visualsations on TV, it looks very nice and modern. Pity I cant download the whole project from www.zagreb.hr

Laka željeznica ili metro za desetak godina

Predložene su četiri verzije sustava, koje otvaraju i mogućnost za metro te povezivanje na mrežu Hrvatskih željeznica

Nakon detaljne razrade projekta i kroz otprilike osam godina temeljite pripreme, Zagreb bi mogao dobiti laku željeznicu ili metro, kao novi oblik javnoga prijevoza. Najavljeno je to u utorak na predstavljanju Programa realizacije podzemno-nadzemnog tračničkog (PNT) sustava u Gradu, kojega je izradio Fakultet prometnih znanosti.

Laka gradska željeznica, istaknuto je, nameće se kao najprihvatljivije rješenje, jer je dvostruko jeftinija od metroa, a njezini kapaciteti prijevoza bili bi za Zagreb sasvim dovoljni. Ipak, opcije se ne isključuju pa je moguće i njihovo kombiniranje, na dvije podzemne razine.

Prema postojećem Generalnom urbanističkom planu osnovne trase PNT sustava bile bi: Malešnica - Dubec, Jankomir - Borongaj, Dolje - Buzin i Prečko - Dubec. No, moguće su i nove trase, pa Program sadrži četiri verzije mreže PNT sustava.

Prva bi bila prema postojećem GUP-u, uz moguće manje korekcije. Druga bi imala izmijenjenu trasu sjever-jug, a uzduž prometne Savske uredila bi se podzemna trasa. Treća mogućnost je za mrežu sa širim kolosijekom, što bi omogućilo i povezivanje na mrežu Hrvatskih željeznica. Četvrta verzija podzemno bi pratila tramvajske koridore, te bi također uključivala mogućnost povezivanja na HŽ.

PNT sustav financirao bi se, kako je naglašeno, većinom nekim od oblika javno-privatnog partnerstva ili zajmovima. Izgradnja lake gradske željeznice koštala bi 600 milijuna eura, dok bi gradnja metroa stajala 1,140 milijuna eura.
Voditelj projekta Ivan Legac istaknuo je kako će u budućnosti jedina prava alternativa automobilima biti moderni javni prijevoz. Uz njegovo dobro i brzo funkcioniranje, do središta grada brzo bi se stizalo, pa uz laku željeznicu opet bi bila aktualna unificirana tarifna zona (jedna karta za sve oblike javnog prijevoza) i »Park and Ride« sustav (ostavljanje automobila u predgrađu i korištenje javnoga prijevoza kao brže alternative). Takav bi sustav, naglašeno je, znatno smanjio i gradske gužve.

Naravno, čitav bi projekt tražio i veliku suradnju s HŽ-om, kako bi se pomoću prigradskih vlakova poboljšala povezanost s okolnim županijama.
Gradonačelnik Milan Bandić ponovno je naglasio da je PNT sustav jedan od četiri kapitalna projekta, uz tunel kroz Medvednicu, sjevernu tangentu i izdizanje željezničke pruge. Dodao je da se nijedan projekt ne može gledati nepovezano s ostalima; još je potrebno vidjeti i projekt izdizanja pružnoga prometa, što je, ustvari, i najprioritetniji projekt Grada. »U Skupštinu nećemo uputiti nikakvu odluku dok se svi ne usuglase oko sadržaja sva četiri projekta. Nećemo plaćati nešto što će ostati mrtvo slovo na papiru«, rekao je Bandić.
