One question :
Isn't Noida & Gurgaon are differnt cities, then why they are merged into Delhi city forum. Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad etc are different cities as per my knowledge, and New Delhi is a differnt city. However all of them are part of NCR, ie, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION. Now NCR is not a city, its a region. So why can't we have separate sub-forums for them in the Indian cities forum as they r different cities ? |

Gaursons-Saviour to invest Rs 5000cr on township in Noida Extension

Realty firm Gaursons and Saviour today said they are jointly developing a 240-acre township in the Noida Extension with an investment of Rs 5,000 crore. Gaursons and Saviour would develop about 25,000 housing units in the township 'Gaur City' over the next five years. "We have got about 240 acre land from local authority for township development. We have so far launched 12,000 homes for sale," Gaursons India Ltd Managing Director Manoj Gaur told reporters. The units are available at an all inclusive price of Rs 3,500-4,000 per sq ft, he added. |

Noida ISBT work starts next month

The Noida Authority on Tuesday said that it will start work at its ambitious state-of-the-art international bus terminal project from next month. It will cost Rs 250cr. A Delhi-based private agency has been roped in for construction.
