Would you say Emaar is the best investment?

I just think if you want a dependable property and investment, why bother taking a chance on a lesser known and supported developer? Yes, the management fees are higher, but you get what you pay for, no?

Letter to Emaar CEO
Here is a copy of an email sent to Emaar CEO ([email protected]) regarding the poor level of customer service regarding CASA facilities management after many useless answers from their customer care people

Dear Mr Lahej,

I am the owner of a villa in CASA, for which I invested over 4M AED. I was one of the first ones to move in by mid-December. And I have been paying maintenance fees fully since that date ...

I am fully aware that the role of the CEO is not to address single customer complaints, but it seems nobody in Emaar organization actually care or does any thing about it, so I am taking you personally accountable for the extremely poor level of customer service I received so far. Whether you do something about it or not is the true reflection of how you value customer satisfaction. At the moment, your silence and lack of visible and concrete actions shows me that you are no better than the rest of your organization. This is extremely disappointing, but not really surprising ...

While I understand that getting all facilities in operations in a new community may take time, we are now in the middle of May and the pool is still not in operations despite several complaints and too many empty promises from the people supposedly in charge of customer care.

The pool construction was already completed over 6 months ago, so the fact that it is not in operation yet and is only the outcome of extremely poor project management and customer focus from Emaar.

I still have (very little) hope that you might live up to the words on your website and will show some personal commitment, passion and leadership to deliver on your promises ...
