It is in the landlords interest to have the agreement in place. If they are on LPP chances are they have signed the addendum which forces the use of the tenancy agreement.

They can't take handover of the apartment without signing to this tenancy agreement anyway can they? Unless of course they manage to get the additional addendums removed?
Yep. I took some Pictures without a tripod though. Will post later once am logged on. Won't be as good as some other night time pictures on this forum though taken by PT or Imre. Still learning myself.
HI ALLL
JUST CAME BACK FROM DUBAI. THERE IS LOT OF WORK STILL TO BE DONE ON STAIRS AND BASEMENT TO TH E 5TH FLOOR. I WAS LUCKY TO BE ABLE TO LET MY APPARTMENT RENTED OUT FROM 6TH JUNE.. THE PRICES QUOTED FOR SOME APPT IS HIGH IN MY OPINION. PPL WILL HAVE TO BE REASONABLE IN THIER DEMANDS FOR RENT.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL.. I MUST ADMIT THAT TORCH HAS GENERATED LOTS OF INTEREST IN MARINA AND IT IS LOOKING FAB. TOO.
^^
Jack1961, well done for renting so quickly, hope your tenant is a good one. I have a one bed marina view, furnished, (or will be when Select get round to it!). What rental in your opinion should I be looking for then. Did you use an agent and if so can you let me know who it was. You can PM me if you like. Thanks in advance....

Unfurnished poolside low one beds renting for 65k. Add a small premium for furnished and marina view and you will get your figure. Low floors seem to be going quicker.

I think that is a more reasonable price of what these apartments will fetch.I know someone that got 85,000 for a 2 bed, but i think the prices will come down from this in the not too distant future, partly due to the desparation of a lot of the owners......
