Reading previous posts I get that above ground car parking gives a lifeless level between the street and people living, working. sleeping but then maybe that break makes it more liveable, if your the person there ?

Quite a difference from same spot taken on May 4th. Visible from more and more areas in the CBD.

They really need to use that option to extend melbourne central tower. It's going to get built out soon, add another 20 levels, that should do it.
