 Thanks. Whats the developer's background - have not heard of IREO - have they done anything else that would be well known? I do like the size of the balconies in the building on the left in the last picture. Nice little covered bridge too. Other than that the overall concept leaves me cold. I mean its not bad, but neither is it attention grabbing. Maybe its just me :shrug:

these are small timers..
