Did you also buy a flat in Jegeho Alej? We might be neighbours one day I personally won't be moving in before 2010 at the earliest as I am stuck in Holland for a time being, yet we'll need to rent out in a mean time and all the noise/dust can indeed affect the renting value. On the other hand, it should be an awesome neighbourhood once everything is done

well, if you want to be above the existing roofs of the neighborhood you should choose, let's say, 10f+ (see the pictures available in this thread, taken from existing house nearby). but you'll never know what is going to happen around. the projects use to change during their planning and also during construction phase (local folklore ). anyway at the time when I decided to reserve a flat there the prices were significantly lower even with an initial discount (they have grown with the market meanwhile). regarding the quality - I believe good average (not top class but significantly better than for example 'podvornice' or similar projects). in czech republic (prague) finep built a lot of projects and still continues - some of them are crappy, some of them look quite good. you should be able to read through complaints and negative aspects on internet (forums and/or community websites of finep projects) anyway, the people yell only if they feel pissed off by something, not if they are satisfied

Actually, it's nothing special when people from Western Europe are buying properties in Slovakia to live in. But usually they are going to rural calm areas, because if they want to live in big city Western Europe offers them much more opportunities.

as long as the quality is just good, it's fine with me

but I would imagine they still don't make their rural property in Slovak countryside their primary residence (unless they are retired perhaps). Rather a place to spend holidays, or not?

Arrow update 23/08/08

zapadna strana

na 'vezi' chybaju uz len 3 podlazia

z juznej strany zacina rast lesenie - mozno coskoro zacnu so zateplenim (v povodnych planoch myslim bola mineralna vlna)

a pribudol nam tiez jeden zakaz vjazdu do arealu Henkel... (nejde o standardne zvisle dopravne znacenie takze mozno zatial ignorovat)

co maju ludia v dominante proti vnetu? mozu byt stastny za taky net.. vnet ma v dominante SHC III serverovnu takze ich net v dome ide priamo tam a odtial do sixu a sitelu.
