to s tou hrubkou nobasilu si to myslel ironicky dufam..

lebo ak nie, tak by som rad doplnil, ze dvacina to urcite nebude, to si len videl na leseni postavene platky zvislo, ale spredu nebol pohlad na ich hrubku, ale na ich druhy rozmer.. dufam ze ma chapes.. ako tak pozeram na hrubku na tom rohu, tak to moze byt max taka 10tka- tento rozmer doverne poznam- nahmatal som sa toho fajne pri zateplovani nasho RD..

a ak si to myslel ironicky tak tento moj prispevok si nevsimaj..


a k projektu celkovo- farby su otrasne, ale napodiv sa hodia do okolitej zastavby :-) myslim ze tretia a stvrta faza- ked sa vobec postavi, na tom nebude s kvalitou o hodne lepsia, ale vizualizacie su paradne.. a k doprave- bude tam stopro chaos..

ono to v principe tiez neni nic noveho, kedysi sa podlahy vylievali "skvarobetonom", aby to bolo odlahcene a malo to ake take izolacne vlastnosti .. a je to lacnejsie ako nivelacny beton a potom davat izolaciu a zase nivelacny ..

to bolo viacmenej info pre 'majka' naco su tie polystyrenove gulicky

update 28/12/08

dnes sa na stavbe lezerne pracovalo napriek tomu ze je nedela. inak ziadne prevratne novinky. fasada vyzera byt rovna, uvidime este co s tym spravi svetlo pod inym uhlom. zvodom odkvapu to uzasne 'vylepsili'...

a v ramci residence asi budu vyberat vstupne - program: ladova revue mrazik

nepodarila sa im spekulacia s tym ze si nechali prilis velky balik bytov z prvej fazy (cca. 1/3). najprv musia predat tie...

Mysleli si, ze ceny budu uz len stupat s terminom dokoncenia sa budu ludia predbiehat, kto da viac, tak ako to fungovalo do 1Q 2008 a oni na tom bohovsky zarobia. Dnes im za trest zostanu desiatky prazdnych bytov, ktore budu v konecnom dosledku predavat za menej penazi, nez pred rokmi pri zaciatku vystavby.
Inak to bol standardny postup, v predpredaji za X, v predaji X+Y%, a s kazdym dalsim predanym bytom si zvysoval cenu zostavajucich, pretoze ludia boli zblbnuti a brali to. Casy sa vsak zmenili a dnes neberu ani so zlavami.

Ahojte, chcel by som sa vas spytat na nazor...pri navsteve JA som zistil, ze sa prave pri nasom byte stala (podla mna) nehoda s "omietkovou hadicou" - vid foto nizsie. Proste mame cely byt (okna, dvere, vsetko zvonku) zadrbany od omietky alebo coho...

Co by ste robili v takom pripade? Budu to vediet vycistit? Nebude to vo vsetkych sparach, tesneniach a vsade inde? Dik za nazory...(pocas fotenia dost snezilo, tak fotky nie su uplne najlepsie).
