They are not flexible at all. They only want your money and as soon as they got it, they dont care about you as a customer anymore. Also the finishings in the units are a real joke - especially at Solemare. The facilities look terrible after only 2 years. They are using cheap materials and even the craftsmen works are horrible. When it comes to the property management, Anchorland loses again. The property management is impotent. Besides do the construction works at Monarch site only take place during the night, which is very disturbing to the residents of Solemare - many people have complained already, but Anchorland cares a shit again about their residents (customers). Do not buy a condo at Monarch - its not worth the money and the problems you will have with it. Buy a condo of DMCI - they are very reliable, cheaper and give you a much better service. DMCI respects their customers.

I have heard similiar stories about Anchor Land and that put me off into buying their properties. If they want to sell well on their future properties, they need to pay attention and address the concerns of their existing customers. After-service is key in buying properties.

Solemare is not 18 actual floors, but just 15. You should know that if you are a resident. And there really is nothing wrong with it. Almost all of the buildings here miss at least a floor (13th floor) and lately there have been some buildings also omitting any numbered floor ending in 4, like 4th, 14th, etc. As for the after sales service, there are always bad apples in every developer. But you know, one bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch. Although it's true that there have been several complaints about the workmanship, I think it is somewhat a common occurrence among ALL developers. I know that shouldn't be the case but it is what it is.

And finally as for DMCI, obviously you don't know their history. Thousands of investors were lured by their promise of a resort-inspired leisure clubs before that didn't even see the light of day. You should know that by now.

History is not so important. They have improved a lot. What counts are the future projects. Also all their Acacia Estate projects are really ok. Excellent value for your money.

Recognized by the consumers as a Trusted Brand, Reader’s Digest hailed DMCI Homes a Gold awardee for 2012. Because the project is built and developed by DMCI Homes, you are assured of getting optimum value for your money, exceptional features and amenities, and a world-standard level of craftsmanship borne out of almost 60 years experience in the construction and development industry.

Don't worry, it will be delayed like all the other projects of Anchorland. Expect at least 6 months delay. Right now they had just started excavations. This is the very beginning. Better look for a condo of a reliable developer - so you won't get disappointed.

May I know what is the current price per square meter in the Manila Bay area (eg at Monarch Parksuites and Solemare?) vs that of the high-end properties in Manila City, please?

Thank you !

The last time I check, Solemare selling price for the two(2) additional towers is at 120-125 psm.

If you look at the finishings and craftsmenwork you cannot consider Solemare Parksuites as a high end condo.

I dont think a condo in that area priced at 125k-130k/sqm fully furnished can be considered as high-end. SMDC's condos in that area are also priced at around that range. Would you consider SMDC as high end?

I think bayshore 2 in macapagal could be considered high end considering the psm. Is the price only our consideration? How about completeness in the amenities?
