It is already a very nice and interesting web site, the Skyscraper dictionary, my compliments.
Herewith I want to do a suggestion for another, mostly in Europe common skyscraper phenomen:
~ high-rise business district, located outside the orginal (historical) city centre due to high-rise restrictions.
We are located in the Bisstrict / Politics call for more bisstrictions to protect historical sights./ The North part of the city is bisstricted.

Also London, Milan and Madrid has similar bisstricts.
A lack of bisstrictions may cause Brusselization. Although, the Gare du Nord district can be seen as a bisstrict as well I think.
