What a transformation! Kaliningrad suffered appalling damage in WW2 to the extent that I thought it would never be rebuilt but it seems that now there is a hope for it to at least recapture some of it's lost past.

Incredible complex, so very U.S. The new glass entrance is a bit weak but so what it's a great example of rejuvenation of something that would probably have been raised rather than restored 20/30 years ago! Love it
