Is there any walkable area open to public in front of these apartments ?
In google maps , it is showing as 'Marine Drive Walkway' . Is that really belongs to Kochi corporation?

must be the extension of marine drive

Not corporation, but GCDA. Yes, the walkway all the way to the Goshree bridges is getting complete.

Fantastic pictures-those Mathrubhumi ones. Kochi is unique by its location and has endless possibilities.Better have some infrastructure in place soon.
