BOWERY II/615 MONTGOMERY STREET
This 4-story, 51 unit development will be called the "Bowery II" in reference to the Bowery in the block to the north of the site which was recently completed.

601 INDIAN STREET
601 Indian Street is a proposed multifamily structure with mixed use retail/restaurant uses at the street level in the Savannah Historic District. The developer, CF Real Estate, is proposing a development of approximately 161 units on a 1.07 acre tract of land situated at the southwest corner of Indian Street and Fahm Street.

The Savannah River Landing project is moving to closer to construction with the close of the sale of the 57-acre site last month for $30 million. The first phase will begin next Spring, it will include a 600-700 space parking garage, 20,000 sf of retail space, a 160-room boutique hotel, 300 multifamily units and green space.
The entire project will take 8 years to develop and cost $500 million.

SRL looks fantastic. It does seems slightly odd however to have the SFH's on the river.
