The cladding is great, white window frames included.

"Travertine-like porosity" is a perfect way to describe the talents of Coldplay.

I love that you posted the Prada campaign on Skyscrapercity lol.

But yeah, I agree, it is stylish. And not every building has to be 100% perfectly polished glass and steel all the time. The rough concrete adds some interest. It's not even all that visible unless you get up close anyway.

I'm surprised there isn't a bit more cladding, given how tall the structure is.

I wonder if they are going to incorporate any lighting elements into the balconies... Especially the ones that are directly above another balcony

That would be very cool, but the residents probably won't like the light in their rooms.

I like it for it's audacious design and complex meanderings, but I dislike the bare concrete. I guess it has echoes of a brutalist style, but i would have thought another material would have been far nicer as cladding.

I think the lights from the apartments themselves will illuminate the bottoms of the balconies... at least somewhat.

Indeed that's probably true... I was wondering if the folks that are getting a unit with a balcony that also happen to have a balcony directly above them will have some sort of overhead lighting fixture at their disposal.

Is it just me or did it look more adventurous in the renders? Right now it looks like a pretty normal tower with offset balconies. Not bad in any way, just not as "out there" as I had expected.

Maybe once they build the top it will look as unusual as the renders implied.
