Yun nga eh. Di magtatagal ang mga tenants dyan. Magiging ghost town unless ayusin nila talaga. Kailangan nilang pabonggahin ang bluebay para puntahan or else talo sila sa MOA

Was in the food club last week and yes a lot of empty chairs maybe that's why they have a promo of Php850 net in their dinner buffet.

Di naman dahil sa moa. What i meant was kung di gagawa ng unique na attraction ang bluebay walk, di sya makaka attract ng mga tao lalo nat malapit lang ang MOA

Seems like the relocation site for the new Petron gas station is already finished.

Any future coffee shops or restos, aside from the usual Petron Treats, in that Petron station?

Haven't seen any. But there is an on-going building construction beside the Petron Station that could be it. Btw, the new Petron Station is already operational and the old Petro Station at the corner of Edsa-Macapagal will cease operation starting tomorrow.

Seems to be at least partially open but very quiet on a Saturday. Unusually green open area for Manila:

Yung central area, pwede sana gawing boating lagoon with a hanging bridge in the middle. Bihira ang boating lagoon sa metro manila, 3 lang alam meron noon sa parks & wildlife, manila zoo at la mesa dam eco park.

I would prefer if they fill the central area with thick trees, put a few benches, brick pathways, and decorative lamp post. Turn the central area into a romantic spot for couples going out on a date. It's a better alternative than going to the mall.
