Yes I know obviously, it was only an example whereit's cler that the Beekman tower also has the facade to the top, but the is no flat roof on the highest point, that's why I posted that pic hith the last floors still U/C, so it's more visible. But nevermind, back to 432.

Definitely. I hope so too.

But it will probably depend on the postion of the sun.
I think it will transparent, when the sun is behind the building, and reflecting, if it's in the back of the visitor.
