It's small. But a pretty good skyline for a city I've never heard of.

the skylines full of of weird shaped scrapers.. 6.5 for being different, not having the aparment blokes

Urumqi, China, the most landlocked city in the world. The nearest coastline is 1,500 miles to the south, which is Bay of Bengal.

I never heard of this city before. But looks like the skyline is pretty big. Though they need to add some nice looking skyscrapers.

they have some weird scrapers there but unlike other Chinese cities there's really no focal point of the skyline
