It's stressful to be in MOA. Maraming tambay, and a lot of areas are poorly maintained that it feels like an old theme park. The brick flooring on the outdoor space is bad enough.

It's hell for figure and hockey skates! One wrong move and your bladeguards are off. PhP 400 worth of sharpening down the drain. And yeah, they do wear those bladeguards out fast. All that while you get drenched in sweat.

Classic Pinoy culture. Ignoring everything and not realizing of sanctity of the place they're in.

Result of poor upbringing. Di naturuan ng maayos. But not all are like that, meron pa rin kahit konti na marunong gumalang

With the development of many museums in Manila, don't you think its time to have a consortium to share knowledge between public and private museums and zoos? They can also have a thematic activities, such as introducing an all-museum pass similar to Tokyo's Grutto pass: http://www.rekibun.or.jp/grutto/english.html

Museo del Galeon holds dinner for partners | Business, News, The Philippine Star | philstar.com
The recent month saw the corporate launch of Museo del Galeón Inc’s (MDGI) premier project The Galeón: Manila-Acapulco Galleon Museum. With construction in full swing of a dome shaped center to surround a life-sized Galeon ship, the glamorous event jumpstarted the pace for potential partners to contribute to the grand vision of major proponents MDGI chairman Edgardo J. Angara and Dr. Tomas Calvillo.

...

This bilateral partnership is evident in the museum’s grand masterplan. In attendance from across the Pacific was Arch. Jose Vigil of Arquitectos, an architectural design firm based in Mexico. His video presentation gave viewers a glimpse of the museum’s aesthetics. From its exterior, the building’s prolate ellipsoidal dome confidently stood out in contrast to its neighboring shoebox buildings. Its interiors hold vertical pillars that seemingly watch over the museum’s most treasured and highlighted artifact – a full scale galleon replica. This concept of a functional space, he explained, would allow visitors to roam through the galleries and to also observe the actual construction of the 60-meter-long galleon reproduction. With an estimated two years to be completed, The Galeón positions itself as a game changer in the historiography of Philippine museums.

in my own understanding, this means that when the museum finally opens, the construction of the galleon ship replica will only start, thus, providing its visitors an actual view of how a galleon is being built!!! thats quite new here in the philippines.. hopefully the workers will also be wearing costumes worn during those days to make it more realistic.. i cant wait to witness this..

I'd actually love to see a galleon being built.
