That's the 1st phase lah, the PR give them the land, but they were collecting sedekah for long time but cannot get construction started, until Uncle najib came and give few mil.
The 1st phase is the small mosque, where daily prayer take place. Then there's the 2nd phase a multi purpose hall cum extra praying hall. The whole mosque are design to resemble a person praying (tengah sujud) so the 1st phase is the head lah. Anyway, donation drive are still ongoing, so if u all like, do make a small contribution yeah
