Yeah, im especially forseeing the demolition of entire Chicago for realisation of Burnhams plans. Maybe Trump will do it. So Great!

Utopian project of the architect Alfred Fenzl for the Congress palace of Peace on Lokrum island near Dubrovnik, Croatia.

This was his student work from 1903. Idea and concept were welcomed with enthusiasm by the professors and other Vienna architects of the time.
