Intown has been involved with many projects in the area. Hopefully they can resolve this and not allow the tower head towards doomsday.

Knowing there was some native indian history in the area ( See Ulele springs ), was this site a potential burial ground?

Not unless it was a water burial. The entire site was underwater when of Native Americans live here, it's why it's a difficult site to build on.

You can sorta see that with this: http://www.tampachanging.com/gallery/map-of-tampa/

There's an article in the Tampa Bay Business Journal today regarding dismissing the lawsuit.

It states there was never a formal contract signed between the two parties, only a letter of intent and therefore Intown's suit has no merit. Let's hope so.

This is going to be the iconic building Tampa in my opinion needs. Once you see Cap trust being demolished. We'll get going vertical hopefully early
2018.

Still full steam ahead on this. I've been told they will no longer be constructing a sales center on site but will instead be using one of the ground floor spaces in the Wells Fargo tower across the street that looks out on the site. They will have an 8' tall model of the tower in the unit and will be replacing the reflective copper glass with transparent so passerbys can view the model.
