I did not know you had bought, great that you are in profit, particularly on a 20% down. Good for you!

Juss peek into EXIF metadata of a picture file - it usually shows the exact manufacturer, model, shooting conditions, date, and some even show GPS-coordinates. All saved into every .jpg-file. Unless, of course, it's saved by a freakin' Photoshop under a freaking MacOS - then all metadata is lost, and replaced by something like "edited by Adobe Photoshop CS..."

Another hotel for the trunk...

The Palm Jumeirah may be famous for its five-star luxury, but travellers on a budget could soon be heading to the man-made island.

Dubai-based Byblos Hospitality plans to develop the Dh180 million Byblos Palm Jumeirah Hotel on the trunk of the island opposite the One and Only Royal Mirage Hotel.

The 144-room property is expected to be a four-star hotel.

Is it going to be located between Viceroy and Fairmont Hotel?

I know as much as was written in that article, but I suspect it might be on the small area on the other side of the Viceroy. I can't see a 4-star hotel being built in between other 5-star hotels with the same level of prime beach access.

Good guess, that plot is situated opposite one and one only.

Yes, probably something like Nakheel's Azure Residences on the other side of the trunk.
