'Good news' in store for Dubai's Skycourts' home owners'?

A major demand of Skycourts owners – to have the annual home owners' meeting - may “soon” be met, but the building management has yet to put a definite date to it.

Dear all,

i may be interested in buying a 2-bed in skycourts as investment, though I admit that I am holding back a little bit after reading all the negative comments here and also in the newspapers.

I optimistically assume that the extraordinary cooling charges will be solved sooner or later. If I wanna buy an apartment there, I have a few things to ask:
(1) There are a few towers, like from A-F. Which tower can offer you the best view? (I live in dubai but have never been there so i m curious about it)
Facing which side is better?

(2) What is the occupancy rate in skycourts? is it high?

(3) does it offer free parking to all residents?

Thanks for all
