Mayo Clinic Expansion

I was watching the news and this was one of the major story's they had for the night..
"The proposal outlined by Mayo officials includes projections that the publicly aided expansion will lead to as many as 45,000 new jobs around the state during the next 20 years and leverage more than $5 billion in private investment. They’re calling it the Destination Medical Center plan."

Do they plan on Rochester doubling in size within the next 20 years... Mayo already employees about 35,000 of the 100,000 people within the city as well as its surrounding area... I know that they've already started expanding the already mammoth hospital known as Saint Mary's and they're finishing work on a building that has the potential to be 19 floors... I just can't imagine what else they could do and how else they would expand or draw even more people into the community

The building with the potential for 19 floors also has the potential for another 10 floors to be built on top of the 19 already built, which has only 10 finished.

which building are you talking about?
the current one they're working on has about 5 floors with the potential for a total of 19...
the Gonda building has the potential to add another 10 floors and that's at about 20 floors I believe.
