Has been long in coming,but here you go!
Old POS Police HQ,now Central Police Station and Police Museum. the tease that you got was up street and around the corner,facing that cream building. The building has a courtyard in the middle and goes right around the block,look at the bottom left of Trin's aerial pic at top of this page and you could see it!!('courtyard' is now an internal car park,lol.)
View from higher up the street,as you can see it's a very 'green building,lol.
There is a similar one in San-Fernando,it was partially damaged by fire,but I believe it is being restored.

Hi Guys, I was Training last weekend at Gold´s Gym Margarita (Venezuela) and I think there´s good news to Trinidad And Tobago, the next big Gold´s Gym will be in Port Of Spain, I Check this informacion in google and I fin a Twitter Acount @GoldsgymTT is new, there´s no tweets yet, but I start following to see whats up next, sorry if I got wrong, my English is not very good
