Finally confirmed what this building is. Can't find any renders of the building though hno:

Project Architect: Genivar
Project Value: $38,000,000.00
Client: Nicholas Developments Limited
To be completed: January, 2014
The proposed Capital Plaza Suites building consists of a raft foundation/ground floor slab and twelve elevated floors with a roof pool and deck. The structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame; columns and shear walls with slabs having drop panels and a concrete roof. There are block walls included from the ground to first floor level.
Still been searching for any renderings of this building.
What I understand is that this building will be for longer term stays as opposed to the hotel adjacent. It is affiliated with the Hotel and apparently will shear facilities. They initially called it Capital Plaza Suites but since the re branding to Radisson don't know what it will be called.
The only renders I've found have been for the hotel. See below for the common pool area.
No problem. I enjoy watching and documenting this construction its in a very central location. Still wish I had some idea of what the final product will be. According to this article CMMI is the architect and interior designer
I can't seem to find a website for CMMI that is accessible to the public so no luck finding renders as yet hno:
Here are a few updates in the mean time. They have cast most of the shear walls and columns on 10 and have lapped the steel rebar reinforcement for 12. They also have started forming to cast level 11 slab.
Wow, interesting building, but what strikes me is where you drive traffic (left), while the vast majority of americas leading to the (right), Suriname cunducia thought only left, but I see not.
