I feel like this forum is still full of ignorant people, but that's irrelevant. Is that joke of a street car still being built? I completely forgot about it until Detroit's piece of shit went online.
Wow. There's no need to be snarky. Then please explain why architect Adam Paulitsch has been working with the city and giving design updates?

https://youtu.be/LIomm5YJc7Y

http://newsok.com/article/5539854

"In other business, the council:

• Directed the architecture firm Populous to develop final plans for the $288 million MAPS 3 convention center. Architect Adam Paulitsch said the project remains on budget."

And yes, the streetcar is under construction. The city regularly gives construction updates on it's website, you should check it out. It's not too difficult for you, is it?

I far cry from my only visit to OKC in 1993.

And I liked it back then!

Big news coming out of OKC this week. City assistance for the 600-room Omni approved and with the passing of it's longtime owner, the Cotter tower is ripe for redevelopment.

Can the OKC skyline be seen from Norman? I've been to OKC a billion times but only twice to Norman so I 'don't know. How far away canthe skyline be seen now with Devon? I moved from Oklahma in 2008 and haven't been to OKC since.

You can definitely see Devon Tower and maybe a few others from Norman, if elevated like at the OU Stadium. From the ground it would be hard to see very far at all due to trees and Norman being a fairly large college town/suburb (Pop. Is 110,000+). Plus, Oklahoma City is largely flat with only rolling hills, so finding natural elevation to see above the structures and trees in Norman is almost impossible.

Devon Tower, and OU, can also be seen from I-35 just north of Purcell.
