I saw on a Facebook group today, photos of 1702, 1703, & 1704 being finalized for delivery. One of the group members works for a company that delivers new buses to the transit agencies and she will be delivering one of the 1700s to HART this week.

The HART Mission MAX website has been updated again. The 45 changes were rolled back, and the Brandon Flex lives to see another day.

Final map for the route changes on October 8:

Now that MAX is final, I've noticed the new schedules beginning to hit the HART website.

Marketing is trying to get the info out there as early as possible so that people know how to adjust. I already see a few things that need tweaking. Expect some changes over the next week or two.

More Mission MAX changes will be coming down the pipe soon. For example, Route 7 is now going to be following a North Boulevard/MLK alignment between Downtown Tampa and HCC Dale Mabry. HARTFlex Brandon has been shifted from SR60 to Oakfield Dr

I've also noticed that NB 19 is being shifted back to current alignment in Hyde Park. I hope it stays at the current alignment. Routing a bus off the off-ramp from Davis Island to Bayshore would be a disaster for a transit bus IMO.

Also, HART has given me clarification over the TPA airport operation. They are currently finalizing a temporary setup for the 30, 32, & 60LX until SkyConnect opens up next year.

Mike, what's the status of the 1700 deliveries?

The way the airport will work is that all buses go to the new Rental Car stop. Passengers can transfer onto the 32 on weekdays or the 30 on weekends to proceed to Red Arrivals, or can use the nearby airport shuttle service from the economy garage. Once SkyConnect starts running, the direct terminal service will end.

1701-1704 delivered.

1705 and 1706 showed up today. All are still waiting on electronics (Flamingo and whatnot).

Speaking of Flamingo, WiFi and Flamingo installs on streetcars are underway. One of the goals of the WiFi project is to (finally) get realtime info on streetcar positions on OneBusAway and Google.

Speaking of Google, HART is now pushing realtime data to Google Maps.

1702 & 1703 were out today, same fashion as the 1600s last year, but WOW! This is quick for these buses to go into revenue service. I guess HART wants these buses out in circulation for the start of MAX.

1702 was on the PM 22X
1703 was on the PM 24X

New transit buses are always guinea pig tested on an afternoon express before an AM express or local revenue. 1704 went out on the 61LX.

1701 is being held back to install an experimental warp drive (or just photo ops). 1702-1705 are in revenue. 1706 should appear tomorrow. 1707, 1708 and 1712 are on property. 1709, 1710 and 1711 should arrive over the weekend. 1713, 1714 and 1715 should arrive next week.

1707 popped out of nowhere this afternoon on the 8/9 interline.

It went out as a vehicle swap around 3 PM, if I remember right.

1701-1707 are in service, 1708-1713 are on property.

Saw a photo on a Facebook group yesterday of 1715 making a pit stop in AL. I predict it will be arriving tomorrow, if not today.

1707 & 1708 are out this morning. No sign of 1706 on the tracker though. Mike, do you know if 1706 has gone out for revenue service?
