here's a cool photo of Norfolk, VA...not the entire skyline, but a cool shot of how industrious Norfolk still is.-

I have to admit that after traveling to Tulsa.. that they have a pretty nice skyline and art deco buildings in their downtown area. I had never seen Tulsa's skyline until I went there..and since the topography is pretty flat out there it gives the skyline even more dynamic effect. What surprises me is that the City's skyline is not as well known/recognizable as some other mid size cities like Cinncy, Cleveland, Kansas City , and Louisville to name a few....

It's time for some Columbia photos:

I need to take another one now that the Tower at Main and Gervais is complete.

I like the density of Columbia, whether it's recognized or not. Another city with not so much height, but great density is Richmond, imo.

Tulsa's topography is "pretty flat out there?"

Tulsa is about as hilly as Cincy, hillier than KC/L'ville/etc..you might be thinking of OKC topography.

Oh grow up. The issue is the ridiculous size of the pics, not the city. Unlike most you homers, I often post pictures of other cities in I've lived or cities I enjoy visiting.

Considering I live about 3 and a half hours from Richmond in a town with around 989 residents, I think I can also claim that; and more-so than you, so you can stop with that. I've also been around these forums a long time and know how you tend to act, which is why I said what I said. What, dial-up too slow for you?

Haven't we been through this before...?
Tulsa is certainly not "hillier" than Cincinnati. Not even close. It's somewhat similar to Louisville. It has its flat areas and its not-so-flat areas, though I'm not aware of Tulsa having any geographic features quite like the Floyds Knobs in Indiana.

Here is a very recent photo of New Orleans that I came across on http://www.flymsy.com . It's a pretty decent air shot.
