One of the things I love about the M4 is all the tall buildings as you come into central. Developing that would be nice, add a light-rail link- positively futuristic!

Stratford and possibly the Greenwich Peninsular.

I can't see Victoria ever having any taller buildings than what it has now.

Lewisham is a pretty likely place for tall buildings in the South East of London, though there are no plans currently.

Isn't there only a single high rise planned for paddington? Would hardly call that a cluster..

Indeed, by that definition Euston is already a cluster...

I would like to add that Canada Water has the potential for a high-rise residential cluster. Not sure I can see it happening for a while though.

Difficult one, the Greenwich sightline to St Paul's cuts right through it.

Should be possible. This is almost the view from the Royal Observatory, just a little down the hill. Unless the St Pauls sightline includes other buildings in the city, anything right of the core of 20 Fenchurch Street in that image should be fair game sightline wise.

I mentioned the area around Centre Pointe/St. Giles. Also there's the area between there and St. Paul's. A lot of bland post war midrises thast could be turned into highrises.
